🍌 Ingredients

(all grams + teaspoons, exactly as you like)

• 350g strong white flour 🍞• 150g mashed ripe banana 🍌• 20g sugar ✨• 1 tsp salt 🧂• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) 🌿• 1 tsp fast-acting yeast ⚡️• 25g vegetable oil 🛢️• 140ml warm water 💧• 70g chopped walnuts 🌰🔥 (add using the PN100’s raisin function)

🧠 Why this bread works

Banana softens the crumb 🍌Strong flour builds structure 💪Walnuts add crunch + depth 🌰Yeast = real bread, not cake 🎩

The result is a loaf with the spirit of a country bakery and the convenience of a PN100.

🥣 PN100 Method (Using the Raisin/Add-In Function)

Add everything to your PN100 pan in this exact order ⬇️

1️⃣ Warm water 💧2️⃣ Vegetable oil 🛢️3️⃣ Mashed banana 🍌4️⃣ Strong white flour (cover the banana completely) 🌾5️⃣ Salt in one corner 🧂6️⃣ Sugar in another corner ✨7️⃣ Yeast in a little dip on top ⚡️

🔧 PN100 Settings

Mode: Basic Bread 🍞• Crust: Medium or Dark (dark = big crust energy) 🔥• Raisin Function: ON 🍇➡️🌰

The machine will mix the dough, then beep at the perfect moment.

🌰 Add the walnuts

When you hear the raisin beep:Add 70g chopped walnuts 🌰✨Close the lid.Let the PN100 handle the fold-in gently like the walnut whisperer it is.

🥁 THE SECRET TO THE BIG, BOLD CRUST

When the programme ends:

🔥 Remove the loaf🔥 Place it BACK into the empty pan🔥 Select BAKE ONLY🔥 Bake for 10–12 minutes

This step transforms the crust from “nice” into proper stone-baked attitude.

✨ Result

A loaf with:• Soft, fluffy inside 🍞💕• Deep, loud, confident crust 🔥• Toasty walnut crunch 🌰• A warm banana fragrance drifting through the house like Sunday morning optimism ☕️

Serve with butter 🧈Toast it for bliss 🔥Admire it as if you built it from oak and heritage.
